Promotion Terms and Conditions
 
  1. This promotional offer is valid for purchase of an annual travel insurance policy (“Annual Policy”) with inception date from 1 November 2018 to 28 February 2019 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”) purchased online via the dedicated link https://donline.alliedworldgroup.com.hk/app/menu.jsp?c=rnp     .
  2. This promotional offer is open to policyholders who have not purchased a similar Annual Policy within the past 12 months from the commencement of the Promotion Period with Allied World.
  3. Vouchers are limited to Plan 2 Annual Policy only with a maximum of two (2) vouchers for each new Annual Policy purchased.  Allied World shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the use of the voucher offered by the merchants. The merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such voucher and all ancillary services provided by the merchants or any other parties.
  4. Unless specified otherwise, the voucher is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, discount or other items, and also cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and vouchers.
  5. A redemption email will be sent to the policyholder within 3 months after the end of the Promotion Period with details on the redemption arrangements. 
  6. Allied World’s decision on all matters in relation to the promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all parties. 
  7. Allied World reserves the rights to alter the terms and conditions of this promotion without further notice.
